1. All electronic devices at Al-Mohatab Company are guaranteed for at least two years, except for accessories and accessories*.

3. Warranty Service Provider:
3.1 The guarantee of the product and the quality of the workmanship is provided by the guarantor company, which is the manufacturer or its agent in the Kingdom in the event that it is not available, and it is subject to the manufacturer’s policies described in the warranty guide for the product or the manufacturer’s website. To obtain warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the provider Warranty service directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the laws and regulations.
3.2 Warranty and maintenance services provided by the warranty service provider are not considered the responsibility of the logger company. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service, in addition to repair costs and all types of compensation and complaints. 4. General provisions of the guarantee:
4.1 The repair time takes (14) days as a maximum for the faults covered by the warranty, excluding the period of delivery of spare parts from the manufacturer. **
4.2 The warranty covers repair or replacement of spare parts free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not imply replacement of the product or return of its value. Damages resulting from:
4.2.1 Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to in the internet and digital pages when activating the device.
4.2.2 Fractures, dings, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high temperature.
4.2.3 Attempts at repair or maintenance operations by entities not approved by the guarantor company, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority.
4.2.4 Operating system malfunctions or software malfunctions, whether they are caused by applications installed by the customer, or applications pre-installed on the device
4.2.5 Erase operating system files or partitions of the hard disk or malfunctions caused by viruses.

4.4 The customer has the right to obtain an alternative commodity after paying the value of the fair use or return the purchase value after deducting the value of the fair use in the cases stipulated in the provisions of providing maintenance, providing spare parts and ensuring the quality of workmanship issued by the Ministry of Commerce.***
6.5 In the event that any malfunction or internal damage to the device is discovered that was not reported at the time of delivery, the warranty service provider shall not be considered responsible for it.
6.6 The customer must present the original delivery form when receiving the device, otherwise the device will not be delivered.
6.7 A 10 riyals per day will be calculated as a storage fee for devices that are not collected by the customer after three months have passed since he was notified that he could receive his device from maintenance.
6.8 The period required to obtain data or approval from the customer is not counted within the repair time, including:
6.8.1 Obtaining a password or password to unlock the device.
6.8.2 Payment of funds related to the repair (if any).
6.8.3 Obtaining customer consent to take action such as requesting a part for an out-of-warranty repair.
6.8.4 The time it takes the customer to bring accessories that need to be checked, such as the battery, charger, or other accessories.
6.8.5 Obtain the original purchase invoice.
6.9 It is not the responsibility of the warranty service provider to return the additions or modifications made to the device, such as screen stickers or the external frame, in the event that the maintenance procedure requires the removal of the added piece.
